Have questions? You’ve come to the right place. Please read our FAQ below
How much room do I need?
It depends on the inflatable rented. All of our inflatables have the dimensions listed below them in our catalog, just add 3-4 feet to the width and length to be safe. Elite Events can help you with a site layout for the best use of your site. The area should be fairly level, free of rocks and sticks, and within 100 feet of an electrical source. We prefer to set up on grass for safety reasons, but a parking lot or driveway will work just fine.
How does the unit stay inflated?
We set up the inflatable with a professional grade blower that must stay on the entire time. The blower must be within 100 feet of 20amp circuit and each blower requires an individual circuit. If power is not available, we can provide you with a generator at an extra cost.
Who sets up the inflatables?
Elite Events will come to your desired location to set up before the event, and break down at the end of the event. We also have trained staff to run the inflatables for an additional charge if you do not have adult supervisors available.
Can the inflatables be set up indoors?
Yes, they can. We set up in gyms and multi-purpose rooms quite frequently. Indoors is a popular option for Post Proms, Project Graduations, School Carnivals, Casino Nights, Team Building Activities, and Church Events. Just let us know the dimensions of the space and we will let you know if the games will fit.
Are your inflatables clean?
Yes, they are cleaned frequently with a disinfectant cleaner and inspected before and after each event. Cleanliness is part of our safety program.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we are a fully insured company and can provide you with a sample certificate, and add you as an additional insured if necessary. Even if you do not rent from us, make sure your provider is fully insured.
What about inspections?
We are fully compliant with any inspections or permits needed. Any inflatables or amusement devices set up with in St. Louis County (except a private residence) are required to pass an inspection and receive a permit before each use. We will handle all the the coordination and scheduling of these inspections for you. We are also fully compliant with the State of IL and State of MO inspection requirements that are needed for our equipment. Your event can be shutdown by an inspector if you use a provider that is not fully compliant with inspection laws in the area they are operating in. Whichever provider you choose, please make sure they are operating within all inspection guidelines for your area and event type.
How do I reserve an event?
Just give us a call or send us an email and together we will set everything up. You let us know the time and location and we will send you out a contract for your event. Elite Events requires a signed contract with a 50% deposit for an event to be booked and equipment to be reserved. Final balance is due at delivery.
What happens if it rains?
If an event is canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, 100% of the deposit will be credited to a future event if rescheduled within twelve months of the original event date. The rescheduled date must be agreed upon by both parties, and the equipment will be subject to availability.
