In case you may have wondered how Elite Event Services came about. Read through the following facts to learn a little bit more about us!
Elite Event Services opened their doors in 2011. Owners, Kyle and Rachel, started the business out of their garage, and then when the business started to grow, they moved into a small warehouse in Granite City, Illinois. We have since relocated to an even larger location in Edwardsville, IL. We are proud to be serving the community for eight years.
The business started with 1 employee. Today we staff, 3 full-time and 25 part-time employees.
In the early years, the company focused primarily on renting inflatables. Since then, we have grown our inventory which now consists of; larger inflatables, casino tables, carnival games and much more.
In the office, we customize an event package that suits your needs. Itemized quote pricing makes event planning easy for your organization. Every special event is unique and there are many factors that go into a proposal. A proposal includes: event attendance, site location, staff needs, event times,inspection and permit fees, and much more. A proposal is a complete overview of what is needed to make your event a success! Once a proposal has been built, you will receive a contract to sign. During the weeks leading up to your event, one of our specialists will reach out to communicate all of the last minute details and our plan of action for the event date.
-On-site, our event managers view the layout and set up your event with efficiency in mind. They are trained to make sure safety is held at a high level. Once everything is set up, plugged into power and inspected, the event can begin! Throughout the event, our managers will keep an eye on the pieces to make sure they are working properly and guests are enjoying themselves.
