First, narrow down your list to 3-5 options. Then you can let employees or your planning committee vote. When compiling the list, consider your event location, weather, budget for decorations and themed giveaways. It doesn’t make much sense to offer up a luau theme as an option, if your venue won’t allow you to bring in a fire performer or have a budget to really make the venue look tropical.

There are always non-profit groups having trivia nights, fundraising events, lock-ins, and award dinner events. They would be extremely grateful to have a new theme option and some of the work already done for them!
