Holidays and the end of the year are near. Now is the time to get your employees together for a company holiday party. This allows everyone to appreciate and acknowledge company achievements, moving the organization forward, and let off some steam! There are many decisions to make when planning an office holiday party.
When choosing a site, consider the size of your guest list, any activities, and whether it will be held in the afternoon or evening. An evening party is best suited outside the workplace at a convenient location such as a restaurant or a hotel with an event space, while an afternoon celebration is perfect for the work place – with some alterations. When considering an off property site, keep in mind logistical items like catering, setup needs, and cleanup.
However, keep in mind a party that employees will be excited for! Choosing a theme for your party is sure to keep things fresh and exciting for years to come. You don’t want this to feel like just another day at the office.
Elite Events did a great job. They had great ideas, were on time and took the worry out of planning our event for 300 people.
`` Alicia - Company Picnic
Used Elite Event for the first time on June 18. They were great. The staff made sure all of our needs were taken care. Our guests were very pleased with Elite.
`` Marla - Company Picnic
My event went great with the help of Elite Event Services. They arrived ahead of time and were professional and polite. The whole event went so smoothly!
`` Rebecca - Village Festival
The business and the product that Elite Event provides was outstanding. I had some of the parents who didn't belong to our church inquire about who and where we rented the slip and slide. We will be using in the future.
