Casino Event Setup & How It Works
Planning a casino night in Edwardsville, St. Louis, or Southern Illinois? Elite Event Services makes it easy to create an exciting casino experience for corporate events, fundraisers, private parties, and special events. Our professional dealers, casino tables, chips, cards, and gaming accessories are included with your casino rental.
Casino Setup
Our casino table setup time is based on the number of tables included in your event package. Your estimated setup time will be listed in the notes on your agreement.
If the casino area needs to be set up more than 30 minutes before the scheduled table opening time, special arrangements may be required and additional setup fees may apply.
All necessary casino equipment is provided, including:
- Professional casino tables
- Playing cards and chips
- Gaming accessories
- Chairs when needed
- Professional casino dealers
Starting Your Casino Night
Before the casino opens, each guest receives a $250 starting-chip voucher. These vouchers are provided to the event host or hostess during setup so they can be distributed to guests before the casino begins.
When the casino opens, guests simply take their voucher to any casino table and exchange it for their starting chip cup.
Our casino chip denominations are:
- White: $5
- Red: $25
- Blue: $100
- Green: $500
- Black: $1,000
How to Play
Once guests exchange their starting vouchers for chips, they’re ready to play. Our casino party rentals are designed to be fun and approachable for experienced players and beginners alike.
We don’t require minimum or maximum bets at our casino tables. If requested, a maximum bet can be established for your event.
Don’t know how to play? No problem. Our friendly, professional dealers are happy to explain the games and help guests learn as they play. Whether you’re planning a corporate casino night, fundraiser, private party, or special event, we’ll help create an entertaining casino atmosphere for your guests.
Closing the Casino
As your casino night comes to an end, our dealers will announce “last hand” at each table so guests know they have one final opportunity to play.
After the casino closes, our dealers will count the chips at each table. If your event includes prizes, Elite Event Services offers two prize distribution options.
Please communicate your preferred prize distribution method to Elite Event Services at least two weeks before your event.
Casino Prize Distribution Options
Raffle Ticket System
With our raffle ticket option, dealers exchange guests’ chips for raffle tickets.
Guests receive one raffle ticket for every $250 in chips, with a maximum of 10 raffle tickets per person.
Even if a guest doesn’t play a hand, their original $250 starting voucher is still worth one raffle ticket.
Each raffle ticket is split into two parts. Guests keep one portion while the other portion is placed into a raffle drum for the prize drawing.
High Chip Winners
With the high-chip-winner option, our dealers count each guest’s remaining chips and complete a cash-out slip showing their total.
Guests can turn their cash-out slips in to the event host or hostess, who can then determine the highest chip totals.
Typically, prizes are awarded to the top five chip totals, but the number of winners can be adjusted based on the prizes available for your event.
