EES is always very reachable and prompt with their replies whenever I have questions. I’m never left in the lurch or wondering where things are at. They are excellent at communicating to the client in a professional and timely manner. I feel very informed and prepared going into an event because I know exactly what to expect. I love that. It makes my job so much easier. I’m not worrying about the details because I know that it’s already taken care of. I’m very satisfied with the job that EES does. They provide quality products time and again. I don’t even consider looking anywhere else because I am so satisfied with the job that EES does.  Setup is always on time and very efficient. Zero complaints. I always feel very comfortable the day of the event knowing that there are qualified professionals on hand to help my volunteers understand how the equipment should be used by our guests. They are there to answer any questions throughout the day and help manage the event. Love the experience!  The equipment is always in great working order and so, so clean!!! I love that. We have horror stories of other companies that I have not delivered in this arena, and it’s so important. You want your event to look nice, and you want people to come away with a great impression. EES helps us do that without fail.
